Alexander Vartan Geudelekian
Chef Alexander Geudelekian was born in NYC and raised by a Lebanese-Armenian family. From an early age, he was drawn to the kitchen by watching his elders create Middle Eastern cuisine. A childhood experience that sparked a life-long passion for creating food that brings people together.
His journey started in a kitchen at home, but after graduating from the French Culinary institute. Chef Geudelekian moved on to bigger kitchens. The chef learned to hone his skills and perfect his taste and presentation.
With this experience under his belt, Chef Geudelekian decided to get back to his roots by cooking food that brings people together. He wants you to experience the very flavors that sparked his passion while eating at his grandmother’s dining table.
